Eric J. Schindler

Eric Schindler represents individuals and businesses in mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals in all of KroescheSchindler LLP’s advocacy practice areas. He has recovered seven-figure verdicts and settlements for his clients, and successfully defended seven-figure claims and counter-claims against his clients.

Mr. Schindler is a past member of the Orange County Bar Association Insurance Section Executive Committee, and 2013 Past Chair of the Section. He is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale Hubbell--the highest overall peer review rating in insurance, litigation, business law, and general ethical standards. Mr. Schindler was also featured in the Forbes January 16, 2012, Southern California Legal Profiles of Insurance, Business, and Consumer Trial Attorneys.

He taught as an adjunct professor of trial advocacy at Southwestern School of Law in Los Angeles, and regularly speaks and publishes for local and state bar associations and continuing legal education conferences in California.

Mr. Schindler is admitted to practice in all California state and federal courts.

Born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, Mr. Schindler currently calls Irvine and Palm Springs, California, home.
